Shipping Policy

Due to high order volume, there may be a slight delay in dispatch. Rest assured, all orders ship within 24–48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.

We ship internationally, though a small number of remote islands are excluded. If your country appears at checkout, we ship there. All orders include tracked international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking details within 48 hours of ordering, check your spam folder first — then reach out to us and we'll sort it immediately.


Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, we'll replace it or refund it in full. No photos required, no back-and-forth. Just email us at support@sprizz.co with your order number and we'll handle it same day.
