We stand behind Sprizz completely. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason — it didn't work for your skin, you changed your mind, life happened — we'll refund you in full within 30 days of delivery. No return required. No lengthy forms. No "please explain yourself" email chain.

How it works:

Simply reach out to us at support@sprizz.co within 30 days of receiving your order. Tell us your order number and we'll process your refund within 2–3 business days. That's it. You don't even need to send the product back.

What's covered:

Every single order. One-time purchases and subscriptions alike. If you subscribed and your first pack didn't impress you, we'll refund that charge and cancel your subscription immediately — no questions, no retention tactics, no "are you sure?" popup.

What's not covered:

Orders placed more than 30 days ago. We think that's fair. If something went wrong we genuinely want to know within that window so we can make it right.

A note on subscriptions:

You can skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard. No email required. If you cancel after your next order has already shipped, the 30-day guarantee still applies to that shipment.
